What is Quartermania? 1in3out was the special guest of this event that is a cross between a raffle and auction, all to fundraise our monthly mission. It was a little confusing at first, but turned out as a fun event with very enthusiastic participants inside Michael's Sports Pub & Grill in Westminster, CA.
